At Sony World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your electronic device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Sony World account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Sony World service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
